1 - Briefing

Come to Ashi TP [82239, 78319, 147], every Sunday 18:00 UTC, and tune in to channel [#oil4all]. No weapon, armor or skills required!
The raid will last 2 hours. At 20:00 UTC we share the oil we collected and the donations from generous oil rig campers.
The oil rig is at [83372, 79321, 130]. There will be oil spawns around the red tower about every 2 to 20 minutes.
When you get a pick, please announce it in [#oil4all] and trade it to [Agnetha Aggie Flanagan] at next opportunity.
If you die to the TP or the southern outpost at [83889, 78146, 152], just walk back to the rig if you don't have access to a vehicle.
If you die to the northern outpost at [83139, 80503, 223], use your own aircraft or wait for an aircraft to bring you back. Free air transportation is provided during the raid.
DO NOT DRAG MOBS TO THE RIG! They would bother us more than our opponents.
DO NOT USE GROUND VEHICLES TO GET BACK FROM NORTHERN OUTPOST! This would drag many mobs to the rig. Use own aircraft or wait for free air taxi instead!
During the raid, activate incognito mode (ESC -> Options -> Privacy -> Incognito -> turn on), that makes it harder for our opponents to shoot us.
Hints to improve your oil picking capabilities:
- Deactivate moving to interaction target (ESC -> Options -> Controls -> Move To Target when Interacting -> turn off). This allows to pick oil from 8m distance.
- Place "Pick Up" action to a hot key (Press "G" and "L", open Action Library -> Interaction -> drag "Pick Up" to your preferred hot key).
- When oil spawns, left-click it once with mouse and hit "Pick Up" hot key as fast as possible.
If you're strong enough to shoot our opponents, feel free to do so if you want to.
If you volunteer to transport people or make an oil donation, it would be very much appreciated!
